Note: Our standard playing cards do not include a guide, as they can be used to play a wide variety of traditional card games.

Orders & Shipping

• Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Will I be charged a customs fee for international orders?  If you're not based in the United States, United Kingdom, or West Africa, we can't guarantee whether you'll be charged a customs fee. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. KultureGames will declare the full value of the products ordered when we ship out packages internationally. If any package gets sent back to us because customs fees weren't paid by the recipient, we won't be able to issue refunds.
• When will I receive my game? Games are shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date the order is received. You'll typically receive your order in 2-10 days, depending on your country and which shipping option you choose (standard or expedited). Please note that pre-orders will be shipped out on the pre-order ship date specified on the product page.
