Christian Couples

How to Play

These cards are specially designed to spark meaningful conversations for couples at any stage of their relationship. Whether you've just met, been together for decades, are engaged, newly married, or celebrating your fiftieth anniversary, you'll find something here that will help you learn about your partner and grow together.

How to Use the Cards:

  • For Partners Alone: "Icebreakers" and "Couple Topics" cards are specifically intended for partners to use when they're alone together, deepening your connection.

  • For Group Settings: "Interpretations" and "Stories" cards are perfect for group settings like get-togethers, marriage retreats, or church groups, allowing for broader discussion and shared insights.

Discussion Guide (for Couples Edition):

  • Read & Respond: Always read the question out loud and allow each participant (both partners) to answer.

  • Tailor Questions: You may skip or rephrase any questions that do not apply to your specific relationship, such as questions meant for dating couples if you are married, and vice versa.

  • No Judging: It's absolutely crucial to listen, discuss, and have fun without judgment. God made us all unique, and it's natural to have different opinions or experiences, even within a couple.

  • Share Bible Support (Optional): Feel free to share relevant Bible passages to support or back up your answers if you wish.

  • Time Limits (for Groups): When using the "Stories" and "Interpretations" categories in large groups, try to keep answers to three minutes per person to ensure everyone gets a turn.

  • Share the Conversation: If one person has dominated the conversation three times in a row, they should kindly skip the next question to allow others to contribute.
