We accept returns on our games if your return is initiated within 5 days of your order being marked as delivered to you. After this 5-day window, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. The product(s) you return must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To process a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return meets our criteria, further instructions will be provided to you. Please note that any returned product(s) that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for shipping fees on products returned to us.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We do not offer exchanges except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged. An exchange request has to be initiated NO LATER than 5 days from the time your order was marked as delivered to you.
Please use a service that provides tracking information when sending items back to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a tracking service.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and immediately inspect your returned items, we will provide you with a refund approval or rejection notice.If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that it can take your bank 5-7 business days to put the payment back into your account.
