Many of our games, like "Jollof Wars," are light-hearted and don't require extensive prior knowledge. Games like "How Nigerian Are You?" include hints, diverse question types (music, food, sports), and team play options, making them great learning experiences for everyone. We believe in learning through play, and our games are a fantastic way to discover new cultures, foster discussions, and break stereotypes.

• How do I play these games? Each of our games (except standard playing cards) comes with a detailed game guide included in the box to help get started right away. If you need a quick refresher or want to learn on the go, you can also find all our game guide summaries under the “How to Play” section on our website. Note: Our standard playing cards do not include a guide, as they can be used to play a wide variety of traditional card games.

Orders & Shipping

• Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Will I be charged a customs fee for international orders?  If you're not based in the United States, United Kingdom, or West Africa, we can't guarantee whether you'll be charged a customs fee. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. KultureGames will declare the full value of the products ordered when we ship out packages internationally. If any package gets sent back to us because customs fees weren't paid by the recipient, we won't be able to issue refunds.
• When will I receive my game? Games are shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date the order is received. You'll typically receive your order in 2-10 days, depending on your country and which shipping option you choose (standard or expedited). Please note that pre-orders will be shipped out on the pre-order ship date specified on the product page.
• What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
• Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Yes, we do! Please contact us at info@kulturegames.com for wholesale inquiries, for more information on wholesale pricing and bulk orders.
• Where can I buy KultureGames products? You can purchase our products directly from our official website, as well as on Amazon, Walmart and Jumia. We also have retail partners in various locations.

• What is your return policy? We accept returns for unopened or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.  Please contact us to initiate a return or for any other return-related inquiries. We're committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.
